Dear customers and business partners,

On 30 July 2025, the United States published the executive order ‘Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries’. According to this order, all goods shipments by business customers arriving in the United States on or after 29 August 2025, 00:01 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) will be subject to import duties.

Since the announcement, we have been working intensively to clarify open questions and develop viable solutions for the new postal shipping processes required by the US authorities.

We aim to implement these provisions as soon as possible once they are available in detail, so that we can once again offer postal shipping to the United States with DHL Paket International and Warenpost International.

Until new processes are in place, we are unfortunately forced to temporarily suspend the shipment of goods to the United States and the US customs territory of Puerto Rico as of 25 August 2025.

Shipping costs within Germany

Up to a total order value of € 50.00 the following shipping costs apply:

LETTER MAIL (no tracking possible) € 1,95 (*1)

DHL package (tracking possible) € 3,95 (*2)

From a total order value of € 50.00, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Please note that within germany FSK18 goods are sent by DHL parcel with age verification. Please have a photo identification ready when you receive the parcel. Please also note that FSK18 goods can NOT be delivered to a Packstation.

ATTENTION: International shipment of items may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Such charges must be paid for by the recipient.

(*1) Shipment by LETTER MAIL is only possible for single items, if the product characteristics allow it.

(*2) The dispatch of possible partial deliveries is subject to the conditions of the sender.

Prepayment
If you decide to pay in advance, you will receive the bank details and order number by e-mail after the order. After receipt of payment on the specified account, the goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address - taking into account the delivery times specified in each case. If the order contains goods that have not yet been released, the order will be shipped when all goods in the order are available. Please note that international wire transfers can come with very high fees which is why we do not recommend wire transfers for payments originating from outside of the EU.

Credit card
We accept credit cards from Visa and MasterCard.

During the ordering process you enter your credit card details via a secure connection. After the legitimation as an authorized cardholder (request for your card verification number and, if applicable, MasterCard SecureCode / Verified by Visa) the payment transaction will be carried out automatically. Your credit card account will be debited when the order is completed. The goods are then delivered to the specified delivery address - taking into account the delivery times specified in each case. If the order contains goods that have not yet been released, the order will be shipped when all goods in the order are available.

PayPal
If you choose PayPal, a secure connection to our partner PayPal is established during the order process. The transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately, provided that all parameters authorize the payment process. After receipt of payment, the goods will be delivered to the specified delivery address - taking into account the delivery times specified in each case. If the order contains goods that have not yet been released, the order will be shipped when all goods in the order are available.
